Step 2. Making the Booking
We will confirm the availability of your gite and make a Provisional Booking which we will hold for 3 days.
We will email you requesting details of you and your guests, confirmation of dates and payments.
We require a 20% deposit to confirm your booking and secure your dates.
The rental balance will be payable 3 weeks before your arrival date.
We also require a £200.00 Damage Deposit (payable with your final payment). This is fully refundable at the end of your stay, all being well.
Step 3. Payment
We accept payment in sterling or euros either by cheque, bank transfer or paypal.

Minimum stay is 3 nights in Le Petit Damelot, and 4 nights in Le Villeberry and 5 nights in Le Guillevic. The weekly price is for 7 nights. Changeover day is flexible.
The gites are available for checkin anytime after 4pm on your arrival day and checkout is by 10.30am on your departure day .
The rental includes all bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, water and stay tax.
It is possible to accommodate additional guests in all the gites, either on sofa beds downstairs or extra single beds in the bedrooms. Please enquire for details and note that there is a supplement of £5pppn for each additional guest.
